Since taking over management of their accounting system and back-office operations, the client has expanded into three franchise channels and grown to more than 18 retail locations across those channels. They also launched a residential construction division, developing three communities totaling over 300 homes. Our team currently manages the full accounting and financial operations across their entire portfolio of businesses. With no internal CFO, we also provide strategic financial leadership and drive key financial and system decisions on their behalf.
